Email reports deliver your analytics data directly to your inbox on a schedule you choose. Stay informed without logging into the dashboard every day.
Daily Reports
Get yesterday's stats every morning at 9 AM.
Weekly Reports
Receive weekly summaries every Monday.
Monthly Reports
Get comprehensive monthly reports on the 1st.
Setting Up Email Reports
- Go to your site's Settings page
- Scroll to the "Scheduled Reports" section
- Click "Create Report Schedule"
- Configure the report settings
- Save and confirm via email
Report Configuration
| Option | Description |

| Recipients | Email addresses to receive the report (comma-separated) |
| Frequency | Daily, Weekly, or Monthly |
| Time | Delivery time (in your site's timezone) |
| Metrics | Which metrics to include in the report |
Report Contents
Each email report includes:
Summary Section
- Total pageviews and visitor count
- Comparison with previous period
- Trend indicators (up/down arrows)
Top Content
- Most visited pages
- Top referrers
- Top countries

- Goal completion count and value

- Top events
Managing Reports
Edit Report Schedule
To modify an existing report:
- Find the report in your Settings
- Click "Edit"
- Update the configuration
- Save changes
Pause Reports
You can temporarily pause a report without deleting it:
- Find the report in your Settings
- Toggle the "Active" switch off
- Reports will resume when toggled back on
Delete Reports
To permanently remove a scheduled report:
- Find the report in your Settings
- Click "Delete"
- Confirm deletion
Test Reports
Before relying on scheduled reports, send a test email:
- Find the report in your Settings
- Click "Send Test"
- Check your inbox for the test email
- Verify the content looks correct
Email Delivery
Delivery Times
- Daily: Sent at 9 AM in your site's timezone
- Weekly: Sent every Monday at 9 AM
- Monthly: Sent on the 1st of each month at 9 AM
Troubleshooting
If you're not receiving reports:
- Check your spam/junk folder
- Verify the email address is correct
- Ensure the report is active (not paused)
- Whitelist
reports@invoker-analytics.com - Try sending a test report
Best Practices
- Start with weekly reports: They provide a good balance of detail without overwhelming your inbox
- Include stakeholders: Add relevant team members or clients as recipients
- Match frequency to needs: Use daily for high-traffic sites, monthly for slower sites
- Review and adjust: Periodically review which metrics are most useful
